Megan Pfeiffer HAILS from San Diego, California, but is now a Michigander at heart. At the University of Michigan, she hopes to increase reusable water bottle use and composting. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, scuba diving, and trying new restaurants. If you would like to talk trash reduction or play banana grams, email Megan at megpfeif@umich.edu
Leah ZimmermanMajor: MBA and MS in Environmental Science
Leah is loving being back home in Michigan after an adventure-filled first career as an activist working on environmental conservation issues in Siberia and the Russian Far East (yes, random...). In her spare time, Leah enjoys playing and coaching soccer, experimenting in the kitchen, backpacking, and riding her bike on quiet country roads. In the sustainability world, Leah has a special passion for water and watersheds and gets excited about nerdy things like how to form movements and how to get large institutions to change their behavior. Contact Leah at leahzimm@umich.edu

Major: Master of Public Health and Master of Urban Planning
Arielle is a first year graduate student with the School of Public Health and the School of Urban Planning. She loves all things biking and is working to improve biking on campus. She also loves all things food, the eating and cooking of it, that is. Arielle is originally from Los Angeles and, yes, she is terrified of Michigan winters. If you want to talk food or biking, or eating while biking, or anything else sustainable, contact Arielle at alfleish@umich.edu.

Major: JD and MS in Natural Resources and Environment: Environmental Justice
Jessica is a second year graduate student at the Law School and the School of Natural Resources and Enviornment (SNRE). She came to Michigan from Southern California, trading in beach runs for snowball fights. When she isn't living inside the law library, she pursues her passions for water and energy conservation, ethical purchasing policies, and triathalons. If you want to drink Fair Trade coffee, go for a swim, or talk about anything sustainable, contact Jessica at walljess@umich.edu
